We looked at a lot of new homes before we purchased and we couldn’t find anything that had all the features that Solero had, unless we were willing to pay a lot more!

We were surprised that we didn’t have to pay extra for a tile backsplash and under cabinet lights in the kitchen.

The value was really there in these houses. Lots of included features.

It was all the included little extras that sold us.
